Shannon Woodward has written or co-authored twelve nonfiction books, including Inconceivable: Finding Peace in the Midst of Infertility (Cook Communications) and A Whisper in Winter: Stories of Hearing God's Voice in Every Season of Life (New Hope Publishers). Her work has also appeared in three Chicken Soup For the Soul books, Tyndale's Mysteries of the Bible, and in a number of magazines and anthologies.
She is a senior editor for The Word For Today and Calvary Chapel Publishing, an adjunct faculty member for Imago Dei Bible institute in Redmond, WA, and a columnist for Christian Women Online. Shannon has traveled widely and spoken in a variety of international settings: writers' conferences, women's conferences, retreats, pastors' wives conferences, Bible colleges, luncheons and teas. Shannon's husband, Dave, is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Marysville, located in the Puget Sound area of Washington state. The Woodwards have been married twenty-six years and are the parents of Zac and Tera and the grandparents of Gage.
